My yoga journey began in 2019, in the quiet of my university dorm room, where I turned to YouTube videos and Instagram tutorials as a way to find peace during a deeply traumatic time in my life. Yoga and meditation became my refuge, a way to reconnect with myself, find stillness amidst chaos, and rediscover a sense of hope.

What started as a personal practice soon grew into a passion for sharing the healing power of yoga with others. Today, as a yoga teacher on my way to completing my 300-hour certification by the end of the year, I am committed to guiding others through their own journeys of self-discovery and well-being. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, my classes create a space for you to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself.
